Mr. Foote has been on the Seminole Independent School District Board of Trustees since May 1983. Mr. Foote moved to Seminole in 1959 and graduated from Seminole High School in 1967. He attended South Plains College for two years and graduated from College of the Southwest in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Jerry is owner and operator of Gaines County Farm Supply. He and his wife, Donna, have four children.
