Mr. Loewen has served on the Seminole Independent School District Board of Trustees since August of 2005.  Mr. Loewen and his family moved to Seminole in 1981.  He and his wife, Tina, have three children Jasmin, Adrian, and Jocelin.  Mr. Loewen is manager of Hicks Supply.  He represents Place 4 for the Board.
