Nicole Smith is the SISD Director of Instruction.  She previously worked in the Llano ISD system as a high school teacher for 10 years and as an administrator for 8 years.  She is the wife of the Marble Falls ISD Career and Technology Director and the mother of 3 kids.  Nicole earned her Bachelors Degree from The University of Texas and her Masters Degree from Texas Tech.  She grew up in Seagraves and is proud to be back home in West Texas.

 

Gaynette Turner has 31 years in education.  She has been employed by Seminole ISD
for 17 years.  She formerly served the district as a math teacher at Seminole High School
where she served as department chair for 6 years.  The last two years as a teacher,
Mrs. Turner also served as the TAKS Coordinator for Seminole High School.  In August
of 2005 she became the TAKS Coordinator for the district and in August 2007 was
appointed Testing Coordinator for the district.

Mrs. Turner's duties include overseeing all the state assessments required by TEA
and training staff for the assessments.
