Registration Information

Enrollment During School Closure

Seminole ISD is accepting enrollees and returning students during the closure. If you wish to enroll your child, please call 432-758-4102 to set up a time to register with the appropriate campus. If there is no answer please leave a detailed message and someone will contact you. 
Please be prepared to provide the following items:
  • Your child’s birth certificate 
  • Immunization Record 
  • Social Security Card
  • Parent/Guardian’s driver’s license
  • Any Court Documents or Power of Attorney documents
  • Proof of residency (Must be in the Seminole ISD boundaries)
    • Any of the following will be accepted:
    • Current Water, Gas or Electric Bill
    • Current Lease
    • Must be in the parent or guardian's name

Back To School | Helpful Hints

Please be aware that the schedules you see in PowerSchool for your children may or may not be what they will have when school starts for Junior High and High School. We are still balancing classes and actively working to get the schedule set for the new year.

In order to register returning students online, you must have a PowerSchool account.  If you do not already have an account you must come to the appropriate campus to pick up a letter with your child’s personal access ID and password in order to create an account. This information will not be given out over the phone.
If you have forgotten your login and/or password for the PowerSchool Parent portal you will need to come to your child's campus office and get help resetting the password. We will not give those out over the phone.

A new meal benefits application must be submitted each school year for those interested in participation in the Free or Reduced Meals Program.

New Students

New students to the district must visit the campus and bring required documents. Please call the appropriate campus to see if you need to make an appointment to avoid an unnecessary wait time prior to coming to the campus to register.

Seminole ISD staff will request records from previous schools once your student is enrolled.

Quick replacement birth certificates may be obtained from the Gaines County Court House for any child born in Texas. 

You may also order replacement birth certificates online at but these may but may take up to 2 months or longer to arrive.
