Seminole ISD Media Credential Request Form

Please complete the form below to request media credentials. A completed form is required to enter a Seminole ISD Athletic Facility. Filling out the form does not guarantee a credential.

Media Credential Guidelines and Expectations

Credentials may be given on a game-by-game basis. Requests for individual games must be submitted no later than noon on the day prior to the game.
Final decisions for all credential requests lie with Seminole ISD administration and Seminole ISD reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time.
Seminole ISD expects and requires professional conduct by all media members with access to Seminole student-athletes Examples of grounds for credential revocation include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of any UIL rules.
- Personal attacks or denigration of any Seminole student or staff member in person or online, including personal social media accounts.
- Unprofessional behavior in person or online, including personal social media accounts.
- Any racially charged comments through any medium.
- Inappropriate physical contact or inappropriate verbal exchange with any student, Seminole ISD employee, or UIL official.
Seminole ISD and Seminole ISD Athletics retain the rights to use photos/video footage produced for our own promotional purposes free of charge.
